The Building

Built in the ever-changing early 70s, in the heart of the part of town which was destroyed in the great 1917 fire, it was originally intended to be a hotel establishment. Decades onwards and having hosted a series of offices and public services, it was acquired by the STAY team, underwent a huge and costly aesthetical and structural makeover and renovation and now stands fit to fulfill its destiny

The Walls

STAY takes pride in its friends, one of which is the renowned graffiti artist and mural designer SER, who loved the project since day one and with his team of artists have created and implemented the unique artworks you can see on the exterior building wall, as well as the countless stencil decorations on the interior walls.
